Cougars! This is a reminder to get outside and get physically active. We hope to begin summer conditioning in July. It is very important that you have already gone outside and reacclimated yourself to the warmer temperatures. Please try to exercise outdoors for an hour a day. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workouts. Remember to stretch before and after, get plenty of rest, and keep a healthy/balanced diet. Keep up this routine and your coaches will be ready for you on day 1 of conditioning. Stay fit and GO COUGARS!
